Dear Parents & Community Members,
We are a local organization called Prudent Kids and we hold monthly seminars for teenagers at UNLV where they learn the vital financial responsibility and leadership skills needed for them to make the right decisions from an early age.
"A very eye opening and realistic workshop." - Kiara B., age 14
"I think this seminar was helpful, interesting and well-given." - Neela Z., age 12

Prudent Kids seminars last about 4 hours and they're highly interactive and entertaining. In fact, post-seminar attendee surveys from our last two events showed a 4.5 out of 5 in the overall entertainment level category! It's easy for teenagers to relate to our speakers as they consist mostly of UNLV graduate students and alumni (from the business and law schools).
Our curriculum includes the following topics: credit cards, peer pressure, social networking implications (Facebook, MySpace), buying your first car, interest rates, underage contracts, job interviews, credit scores, respecting money, importance of college education, bank accounts, scholarships & grants, personal information privacy & security, and avoiding financial scams, among many other topics!

Our seminar has been designed by Prudent Kids' founder Nils Goldschmidt, a licensed teacher in the State of Nevada and a successful local entrepreneur with a passion for teaching our community to respect money and being both socially and financially prudent.
"It was very helpful and it prepared me for the future." - Nick D., age 15
"I loved the seminar workbooks & Young Money book!" - Brittney A., age 17
