Why do you charge a fee for your seminars?

Free seminars typically serve as loss-leaders for an endless array of products that deceitful organizations will try to sell you or your child during their events. This is a common and highly misleading marketing scheme in the seminar industry. At Prudent Kids we include all our educational materials for FREE when you purchase your registration, including our popular book "Young Money - A Teen's Guide to Avoiding Financial Hangovers."

What are the minimum and maximum ages of your attendees?

Prudent Kids seminars have been designed for members of our society in their formative years. At this time, our attendees are at least 12 years old and not older than 17 years of age.

What is the duration of each seminar?

Our seminars typically last about half a day, which translates into roughly 4 hours. Prudent Kids seminars are divided into 4 different modules of 45 minutes each, with 15 minute breaks in between.

Where will your seminars be held?

The setting of each seminar is crucial to the overall experience of the attendee. Though our seminar venues may change throughout the year due to availability, we strongly believe that safety and comfort play a critical role in our success. This is why we make it a priority to book our seminars exclusively at first-class venues with absolutely no exception.

Who designed the educational curriculum for Prudent Kids?

We are proud to say that we have designed our own curriculum and educational materials. Nils Goldschmidt, a licensed teacher in the state of Nevada, is in charge of their development and constant updating (you can read more about him in our 'Instructors' section).

How can my child schedule the FREE 6 months of one-on-one consulting with Nils?

All attendees who paid their seminar registration fee can schedule a monthly 30-minute phone call with Nils Goldschmidt for 6 months, starting the day after the seminar. This is a total value of $900 (Nils' regular consulting fees are $300 per hour). Pick his brain about any subject you like. You can ask him anything from where to find money for college to how to balance your checkbook. You can also ask him questions about his career, his college degrees and how he manages his businesses. Nils is there to talk to you about any subject you want. Please make sure you schedule your monthly consultation at least 5 days in advance by sending him an email to nils@prudentkids.com.

Will there be a meal offered at your seminar?

A catered meal for your child will always be included with your seminar registration fee. We strive to make this a nutritional and enriching meal for your child, as we are firm believers that a healthy snack is critical for the child's ability to concentrate. If you have any special requests regarding your child's meal, please make sure you contact us at least 7 days in advance at seminars@prudentkids.com.

May I accompany my child and also attend your seminar?

You are more than welcome to accompany your child and attend our seminar, provided we have space available. Please make sure you contact us at least 7 days in advance regarding this special request at seminars@prudentkids.com.

What if I am not satisfied with my child's experience at the seminar?

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your child's experience at our seminar, we will refund you the entire seminar registration fee. Simply contact us within 48 hours from the time the seminar concluded. No questions asked. No hidden print. You keep the book. That is the way at Prudent Kids!

What if my child forgets to bring a signed copy of the seminar release and waiver form?

A signed and printed copy of the SEMINAR REGISTRATION RELEASE AND WAIVER FORM is required for your child to be able to attend our seminar. This form must be signed by the child's parent or legal guardian. If the child does not hand in a signed and printed copy of this form prior to the beginning of the seminar, the child will not be allowed to participate and it will be the parent's responsibility to retrieve him or her from our location.

Do you really donate 5% of your proceeds to Nevada institutions?

Yes! We strongly believe in supporting our local community by giving 5% back to fund local educational institutions and other educational initiatives.
